You receive a fee every time someone purchases a block in a 7x7 area around one of your land plots.
EVERY ACTION IN YOUR DISTRICT BRINGS YOU ETHER
Districts owners receive part of Ether spent by players in their Districts. Amounts of Ether depend on Taxes you impose in your District.
