Construct an Office building to get your share in Global and Local Funds as mentioned in the bottom right corner of the game screen.
- Business Center works with the Global Fund;
- Office Block gets the Districts Funds.
Amount of MEGA to be received depends on the building’s Influence Points and qualifications of Citizens appointed.
Citizen's Qualifications
These qualifications affect results in Office buildings the most:
- Primary qualification — Intelligence
- Secondary — Charisma
Other qualifications are also considered in a lesser extent.
The highest bonus for Citizen's Intelligence qualifications is in the Villa.

An Office can be assigned to a Corporation to form the Corporation's Fund.
