Every player has their preferable strategy. One core idea can unite all of them.

Lots of strategies possible in the MCP3D, just to name a few:

HIGHER RISKS, BIGGER INVESTMENT

From time to time every district suffers from disasters. Buildings lose their upkeep - in other words, efficiency. The only way to protect a building is to acquire insurance from the municipal building. That’s the moment you start earning: choose the right place to build, meet the player's needs - their $MEGA for insurance is already here in your Building.

THE ART OF CREATION

People are the most important resource, they say. Here’s why it’s true in the MCP. Every building operates only if the citizens are appointed to it. Buildings are getting bigger, more buildings are to come in the same district. Be the one who offers the citizen Token. In that case, a residential building can be the right choice for you.

SLOWLY BUT SURELY

All buildings once were just a land plot. The thing that changed them is valuable resources - both simple and complex, made of simple ones. Build a Production or Industrial building to be the next who supplies.

ALL BUILDINGS WORK FOR YOU

The opportunity to run the district government is often an expensive one. However, the results are overwhelming - you are in charge. Set the taxes, make decisions. The district’s future is in your hands.

BUILT IN THE RIGHT NEIGHBORHOOD

All buildings have the prestige meter - the number of POI. Some buildings are dependent on this. The income of Office buildings is majorly associated with the POI. The higher the number is - the better. Choose the most prestigious neighbors, build an Office around - the next $Mega distribution is waiting for you at the end of the day.

CREATE YOUR OWN CORPORATION OR JOIN ONE

Are you a team player? The MCP is welcoming - create or join a corporation to officially form a coalition with other players. Be a founder and set the rules. Be a partner and manage corporation funds as well. Be a member - and still get POI bonuses or discuss your business strategy.

CREATING THE SHOPPING THERAPY

Citizens are like real people - after a hard day they can get tired. The great idea is to let them chill a bit in commercials. But first, who will build them? Possibly, it could be you. Be the one who creates the solutions for the basic needs - who said that relaxing isn’t one?

FACTORY IS THE FACTOR

What could be done when all the best Land spots are already used, citizens are full with stamina and the resources are on the market? A good Appliance. An Appliance is a small building upgrade that increases the POI points no matter how many Landmarks are around. Appliances are produced at the Factory - build yourself one and make the richest players be interested in your goods.
